Worlds of Fun Reviews

I’ll admit I expected Worlds of Fun to be a little confusing, especially with kids in tow, but it was actually easy to navigate. The different sections made sense, and the signs were clear enough that we weren’t constantly stopping to check the map. Getting from rides to food and bathrooms wasn’t much of a hassle, which I wasn’t exactly expecting, but I appreciated it.

I had a question about my tickets and guest services did eventually get back to me. The answer was clear once they replied, so that part was fine. I think I just caught them at a bad time because it took longer than I was hoping, especially when I needed help quickly. Not a terrible experience, just a bit slow.

We had a fun day at Worlds of Fun even though the weather kept changing on us. A few rides had to close for a while which was kind of frustrating but I understand they have to keep everyone safe.

The main thing I would say is read the refund rules before you buy tickets because they are strict. I’d definitely check the forecast next time. Overall we still enjoyed ourselves I just wish they were a little more flexible when weather causes problems...

I can’t say I didn’t have a great experience here. Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful, and they made the whole day feel easy and actually fun for us...

Wheelchair access was mostly easy, honestly. There were a couple moments where I was kind of like, okay, where do we go now, but the staff noticed and helped with seating, which made things a lot smoother.

I kind of figured the kids would like it since they usually get excited about this kind of thing, and sure enough, they loved it. They kept going back to it, which is usually my sign that it was a hit...

Parking was easy, so that part was nice. I mean, it was really simple to find a spot, but it ended up costing more than I expected.

I was kind of expecting the food and drinks to be way overpriced because, you know, theme park prices, right? But they were actually cheaper than I thought they’d be.

It still wasn’t exactly cheap, but it felt fair enough and easy to budget for. We grabbed snacks and drinks during the day and didn’t leave feeling like we’d been totally ripped off, which is always a win, isn’t it?

We had a good day at the park. i was kind of worn out from dealing with places that overpromise and underdeliver lately, so it was nice that there was actually more shade than I expected. Most areas had enough benches, which helped a lot. The busier spots, especially near the food areas, could definitely use more seating, but after walking around a bit we usually found somewhere to sit.

The bathrooms were gross and definitely needed attention. It’s frustrating because you can’t really tell anyone directly anymore, everything seems to go through some automated system that doesn’t actually fix the problem. Not a great experience.

I was surprised by the food at Worlds of Fun, because I went in assuming it was going to be the usual basic theme park stuff, like lukewarm burgers, fries, and maybe a chicken strip basket if you were lucky. But we ended up eating there a few different times during our visit, and each time the food actually came out fresh and hot, which made a big difference. There was also more variety than I expected, so it didn’t feel like we were stuck choosing from the same two or three things all day. My kids were able to find food they liked without any complaining, which is always a win, and I liked that I could try something different each time instead of eating the exact same meal over and over. The prices are definitely still theme park prices, so I wouldn’t call it cheap, but at least the quality made it feel more reasonable. Overall, I’d absolutely eat there again.

The site made it super easy to see which rides were open and which ones were closed. It saved us from wandering around clueless and wasting time. A friend recommended I check it before going, and I’m glad they did because it was actually really helpful.

Just getting through the entry was rough. It took way longer than it should have, the scanners kept acting up, and the staff seemed like they weren’t totally sure what was going on. Not the best way to start the day.

I went with my kids and felt safe the entire day. Security was easy to spot, the bag check moved quickly, and the staff actually seemed like they were paying attention. Nothing felt sketchy or chaotic, which made the whole visit a lot more relaxing. We had a really good time overall, and if there’s any kind of follow-up credit or compensation offered for guests, I’d definitely appreciate it.

The maps were a little slow to load here and there, but it wasn’t a big deal, especially compared to how busy the park was that day. Overall, it made getting around easier than I expected.

Had such a good time with this. A great mix of everything, and the thrills just kept coming all day. Fun, exciting, never really a dull moment.

The lines were ridiculous, and the whole park felt packed from the moment we got there. We waited forever and only got on maybe three rides in several hours. I wanted to have a good time, but it just wasn’t—it wasn’t really worth it with crowds like that. Unless they figure out a better way to manage how many people are there, I don’t think I’d go back anytime soon.

We went on one of the special event nights, it ended up being a really fun time. The shows were entertaining, and even though I expected the lines to be a pain, they actually moved along well. The kids were completely into all the extra entertainment around the park, so I’m assuming from their nonstop excitement that it was a big win for them. It was also easy to check details on the website beforehand, which helped a lot
